Normann Staffing is closely following all guidelines issued by the CDC, the State of New Jersey and local officials.

The health and safety of our employees is a priority. Normann Staffing temporary employees have been provided information on the Coronavirus and are urged to follow recommended handwashing, social distancing and be attentive to their as well as their family members’ health. We reminded employees of the NJ Sick Leave benefits and will provide additional information on programs offered to assist employees should businesses be required to cease operations.  We ask our clients to remain in contact with us regarding employees’ health status, changes in work schedules /procedures and office closures.

All Normann administrative staff can work remotely and are available by phone or email. To provide you with continued support, we have implemented virtual interviewing and onboarding to fill your open positions.  These tools will remain a viable part of our procedures going forward which allows us to expand our capacity.
